Are the forecasters announcing bad weather for your destination? Leave it to us, we've thought of everything, which means that you can book without having second thoughts. Contact us before you leave and we will change your booking so that you can enjoy your holiday in the best weather conditions possible.
Contact us, in writing, by fax or mail and you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt in return,at least 48 hours before the first day of your holiday - at least 72 hours if your holiday starts on a weekend or a public holiday - and we will postpone your holiday* or find you another destination.
The Sun Guarantee service is free,all you have to pay is the price of the definitive holiday package chosen, corresponding to the final period, destination and accommodation selected.
